I arrived early. I did I was in a hurry. The service took 2 1/2 hours for simple oil change and tire rotation. Her apology was the service tech came in late.
Once again I left Dehaven with less than I showed up with. I KNEW I had one tire pressure sensor that needed replaced. But I left with ALL 4 not working. Oh, I know, it’s “low voltage”. Hmmm. So IF I hadn’t have had my tires rotated, I would most likely still only need ONE sensor replaced As YOUR FINAL PAPERWORK SHOWS as well. But for whatever reason, NONE of them work now. Thank you for that. My educated guess is since those are merely sensors, maybe harsh handling of tires during rotation finished off all 3 of the others. But YOU know better. Too odd and at $134 a pop, you can bet Dehaven won’t get that repair. I no longer trust you as THIS event was not the first of “strange” occurrences that have happened when my vehicles have come to your service department. I trusted you with my vehicle and NOW I no longer can. I now fear what else might have happened when they had my hood up. A sad day.

I have a 23 Silverado and I'm having electrical problems! 😫 😩 😪 They never get anything fixed and I'm very ANGRY! 😠😡😤🤬 This is my second truck from them and I will never get another one from them! Such the runaround!

This is the first GM automobile I've owned in decades. I chose DeHaven because they are close to where I live and work and so far they have been fantastic! The sales person I made the deal is no longer there went out of his way to locate the vehicle I wanted. My first scheduled service was last week and everything went smoothly and the service was completed when promised.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my service was completed, since I was waiting during my oil change! There was also good communication, and they informed me when they were almost finished. Very good experience!
Scott Wilder is just a wonderful asset to your company. He really helped me out with just the right vehicle at the price point I needed. I gave Cruz a 4 because although he is quite knowledgeable and personable, he failed to tell me what the interest rate on my loan would be and there was so much signing of so many documents that I plain forgot to ask him.all in all DeHaven is a place I am happy to do business with.
Scheduled on line for oil change & battery replacement received appointment confirmation of oil change battery for my corvette. When returned to pick up corvette only battery changed asked about oil change on appointment service writer said missed oil change clearly on appointment what else did they miss poor service. Not what a loyal GM customer expects Service dept has fallen and I will use other Chevy dealers currently use Cadillac service for my other vehicle and no issues with Cadillac dealer service
Was greeted at the front door of the dealership by a sales person. Was treated well from there on through the new car purchase.
