There were a couple of misunderstandings, but they were quickly corrected. There was a significant powertrain issue that fortunately was covered by an included CarBravo warranty which took 3+ weeks to be repaired - a loaner vehicle was provided in the interim. The CarBravo warranty as well as the loaner vehicle were crucial to the satisfaction with this purchase.

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation, tires were not rotated without an explanation. I had to call twice to find out why, The explanation they gave made no sense.

I was able to schedule an oil change the day I called in that I was very thankfull for as we were going on a week-long trip out of state the next day. I got the oil change and tire rotation in 1 hour.

Mark Williams did a superb job in finding me the 2024 Chevy Colorado truck I was needing. I really liked how he didn’t try to sell me all the other gimmicks that come with buying a new vehicle like their GM Total Protection Plan, etc. Their Finance Manager, Dan, was very friendly and expedient in making our truck transaction go smoothly.
As always, Jeff Bourquin was top notch! He made the leasing of our vehicle a breeze. He answered all of our questions quickly, made sure we got all the discounts possible, and had our vehicle to us the same day that we first reached out to him. Jeff is why we have never gone anywhere else in 15 years!

Everyone was very friendly and honest. They made the environment comfortable and entertaining in tge waiting area. I loved that they had fresh Rising Roll donuts in the waiting area too. They were done with my vehicle in no time. They even came around and offered me shuttle service! That's rare nowadays! The Service Department is wonderful! I very much appreciate that they have a shuttle when I need it. I usually work with Jason in Service. I appreciate the respectful attitude and willingness to check things out. I've talked to a couple other people in service and have gotten the same results. I've only used the shuttle once. Rick was my driver. He too was very respectful and careful. I appreciate that. I want to say thank you DeHaven Chevrolet for the professionalism your service people show!

Scheduled appointment for air bag recall. When I arrived at my appointment they said the part was not available and would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive it. It should be part of their scheduling process to check availability of the part you know needs to be replaced before scheduling a repair and inconveniencing the customer.

By far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Called the day before that we’d be coming up to see a car we saw on the website. They had the car waiting for us when we got there and the information listed on the website was accurate. No pressure at all, and they were willing to work with us. Would definitely drive two hours one way again!
