Overall pretty good, our vehicle has some uncommon issues. It seems there is no way to document issues and owner info on our vehicles profile page, so that all those issues are there for all to see. I have needed to re-explain issues and cause every time I spoke to someone different. I also feel the dealership should talk to GM on our behalf, about our Issue rather than us needing to contact GM ourselves

Brought my 2026 Equinox in because it has been making a vibrating noise when the accelerator is pressed after getting up to speed. It has under 4K miles on it, bought new in February from DeHaven. Dropped it off on a Monday night, had an appointment on Tuesday at 10am, got a text late Tuesday saying they couldn’t get to it until Wednesday, got a call late Wednesday said they were done with it. The van was supposed to get an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was done. Tire rotation was not. When the van went in tire light was on indicating low tire pressure. It was still on when we got it back. I found a screw in the tire I specifically asked them to look at. Apparently they didn't look at the tires or rotate them.
Most of the time, I am disappointed with their service, but they are convenient because I live two blocks away. Kylee Richey never informed me why my service was taking so long. It took an hour and a half to repair a leaking tire that should have taken at most 30 minutes. I made an appointment for 8 a.m. so I wouldn't be placed on a wait list. Maybe if she had kept me informed about the time, it wouldn't have bothered me so much.

I went in to DeHaven service late June for 60K service. It was 3 in the afternoon. They said they could not replace the spark plugs. The engine needed to be cooled, and it was too late. So, I scheduled a separate appointment for a morning. I took the car in around 7:50. I was told it would take several hours. I was done by 8:35. This makes no sense. We feel the price of our new vehicle was fair we been looking for a while. Didn't enjoy the salesman attitude. Please have all your information like insurance ready and that may have been a difference in salesman patience. Salesman did take the time and showed everything in the car. We're old and im sure patience was needed. The price the interest we are paying we really think we got a good deal.

Stay as far away from the Service Dept as you can!!! They can't be trusted to give you a honest diagnosis of what problem you may have. To them its how much they can make off a customer. I suggest finding another Chevy dealership asap...

I was hoping to get the electronics rebooted to help some of the issues associated with radio. Kylee suggested that I reschedule for that particular problem. She thought that they may need to have vehicle overnight for this to happen. I have no problem with that I’ll just need to reschedule during a time so that I can leave my truck.

This was my "annual" oil change and check up. Now don't get shook,I probably put on less than 3000 miles last year. The visit there was fast and courteous . They also found my battery was getting bad so I went ahead and had them replace it. Service was great!
