They did a really good job in matching the paint. I wasn’t informed in the beginning as to what was being done.as far as repairs to my vehicle, Until I called and insisted on new parts. ( accident the other persons fault) I felt like they would’ve just tried to repair instead of replace . ( purchased my vehicle from Dehaven) felt like I could’ve been better informed along the way. But the work done was good
Had a service appointment stop by a day early because of some bad storms where coming day of appointment to see if I could get in early didn’t want to be out about during the severe storms took me right in was out less than 30 minutes

I was hoping to get the electronics rebooted to help some of the issues associated with radio. Kylee suggested that I reschedule for that particular problem. She thought that they may need to have vehicle overnight for this to happen. I have no problem with that I’ll just need to reschedule during a time so that I can leave my truck.

I am so thankful and pleased for the service I received on my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. The staff members were so careful and respectful of the vehicle. This was my "annual" oil change and check up. Now don't get shook,I probably put on less than 3000 miles last year. The visit there was fast and courteous . They also found my battery was getting bad so I went ahead and had them replace it. Service was great!

2026 Colorado Purchase went great. This was a surprise purchase for a guy at work, and they DeHaven Team helped me set it up. Both Kyle and Dan were great to work with. The paperwork and overall process went very smoothly, and we are very pleased. My experience with Eric was pretty good! I felt relaxed and not overly pressured like most salesmen. I still believe the final price could of came down a few hundred more but overall I am very pleased with the Chevy Trax.
Upon inspection, DeHaven found my car had worn suspension components that could potentially be unsafe. They gave me a fair quote and had everything in good order very quickly. I appreciate them looking over my car so thoroughly, and I definitely recommend DeHaven.
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had an appointment at 1:00pm and was right on time. I was told when I checked in that it would be about 2 hours because there were other people ahead of me. Poor experience with the service team due to what seems to be a very expensive repair for the part and time to repair that does not make sense. Poor communication follow through between sales and customer. Overall disappointing enough to not want to further purchase or have service with DeHaven.

I’m thinking back, I have bought six new Silverado 1500s cents 2013. Everything every time including this one has gone perfectly well and I have been completely satisfied. In fact most recently I had bought one in 2024 2025 in 2026. I get the new one. My daughter is driving one, and my daughter-in-law will soon be driving the 2024. I also have those vehicles that remain in town here serviced at the Haven and their department is also excellent. That said, the process to get to this point was still frustrating and required a lot of follow-up on my end, including delays, miscommunication, and difficulty getting clear answers.
I’m glad it was ultimately resolved, and I appreciate the effort to make it right. I hope the internal communication and customer service processes improve going forward so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I Scheduled a service appointment for four new tires on a vehicle that was purchased from dehaven. The appointment was scheduled a week and a half before the appointment took place, and part of the scheduling process was selecting the tires for the vehicle. I arrived a week and a half later for the scheduled appointment to have the tires mounted on the vehicle and was told they didn't have the tires. I brought my car in for some warranty work. The dealer had my car for almost a week with few updates. After the diagnosis, I had to bring my car back two more times to get all the work done. There are never any loaner cars available. This is a huge inconvenience. I probably won’t buy a car from this dealer again because of this.
I have a lease, so I have service with them for the records reflect it.

My experience up to this point has been great, however I am not happy with the service dept. at this point for a couple of reasons. I purchased my 2025 Silverado last February and just turned 40k recently taking my bumper to bumper warranty out of service. However I do have drive train warranty. My truck began showing a "service transmission" warning about 2 months into my buying the truck.
