Service staff were very friendly and welcoming, would give them a 5 star. As for oil change and tire rotation, oil change I guess was ok, I asked to check the air pressure in the tires when rotating. I guess I needed to be more clear and ask to put air in them if required. Each tire had different pressure with a difference of up to 8 lbs. I don’t get it, air is free for them to add air if needed. I left there and had to pay at a gas station to get air equal in all 4 tires. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but $112 for this service seems to be ridiculous if I have to pay more money to complete the service after I leave! Very disappointed customer. Note to self, be very specific of what you want don’t, just seemed obvious…apparently and obviously not

Evan went above and beyond to make sure my mother was able to get the vehicle she wanted while also making sure the entire process worked in her favor. What stood out most was that he didn’t make the experience feel like he was simply trying to sell a car. He was patient, helpful, attentive, and genuinely seemed invested in making sure she was comfortable with the decision and everything worked out properly. When in the buying process I expressed concern about the transmission several times, and the salesman acted as though I was crazy. I asked point blank if the fluid had been changed in it, and he said that doing so was a part of their regular checks, as with the engine oil and other fluids. After my purchase it was evident the engine oil hadn’t been changed, but the dealer said they’d change it the next day. However I was still led to believe the transmission fluid had been serviced. However, I quickly found out I had been misled. 30 days after purchasing the vehicle, the transmission went out, with significant shavings in the transmission fluid. When I called back to DeHaven I was told that they had no record of the fluid being changed, and that they would do nothing to help this issue. So now I’m stuck with a bill that if over 40% of the cost of the vehicle because I was misled during the sales process. I will not be purchasing from DeHaven again.

Of the 8 vehicles we’ve brought In recent years, Jim was by far the best to work with. Honestly, trustworthy, tentative, and overall just a genuine person. I’d highly recommend him!

Exceptional been going to this dealership since 2012 and they’ve never let me down and done more for me and my family then any other surrounding dealerships. Would definitely recommend them over any other GM dealership. They are honest hard working aim to please. Each employee has superb skills and great personalities make u feel very comfortable and at home.

Overall pretty good, our vehicle has some uncommon issues. It seems there is no way to document issues and owner info on our vehicles profile page, so that all those issues are there for all to see. I have needed to re-explain issues and cause every time I spoke to someone different. I also feel the dealership should talk to GM on our behalf, about our Issue rather than us needing to contact GM ourselves
