There was a check engine light on, so made an appointment at the place I trust. They are always friendly and listen carefully. Their work is exemplary! I waited. Though they will also drive you over to nearby stores. Love there donuts and other snacks, coffee and/or water. A television keeps me occupied. Also, the restroom is really nice and always clean. There is a table for kids and a counter for plug-ins. Really good people and the mechanics are great 👍

Anyone can sell a car/truck, but the service department is what keeps people coming back.

Did not honor oil charge special offer. Over charged by $50. Servi e indicated it was because of shop fees.

They offered me the electric charger station for free at the dealership, everytime I'm charging someone from the dealer decides to plug another vehicle knowing that doing that will split the energy and double it the waiting time for the customer. I think the dealership staff should let the customer to finish charging before they plug another vehicle. I've been asking them but they don't care since they don't need to wait outside.

Extremely show. They over book appointments which bogs down service time and quality. A simple 20 minute oil change took 1 hour and 49 minutes. I had to sit and wait that long. I do not recommend, all Larry wanted to say was “We are just busy”. Yes, you are busy because you over book and destroy customer service.

They got the job done. Without having to come back the wait was pleasant and good.
