Brought my 2026 Equinox in because it has been making a vibrating noise when the accelerator is pressed after getting up to speed. It has under 4K miles on it, bought new in February from DeHaven. Dropped it off on a Monday night, had an appointment on Tuesday at 10am, got a text late Tuesday saying they couldn’t get to it until Wednesday, got a call late Wednesday said they were done with it. I asked what they found and was told they didn’t find anything because they couldn’t replicate the issue and it was ready for pickup. I went in on Thursday to speak to them, I was told they can’t spend much time looking at it because GM won’t pay them. I expressed my disappointment in the lack of service, and unfortunately got a little testy with the service person, I apologized and asked what else they could do. She said that we could schedule a test drive with a technician the next day sometime in the afternoon and they would let me know what time. I never received a call or text, at that point I was done with them and picked up my car later that night. My overall experience with DeHaven is mediocre at best, I priced 2026 Equinox’s for a month before deciding to go with them because they had exactly what I wanted at a slightly better price. We went early one afternoon to test drive it and I had to basically tackle someone to get help. The sales man that helped us when nobody else would was very nice, but we made his job easy because we had a check ready to go. Now I’ve got a brand newish car that vibrates obnoxiously every time I drive it, and I’m trying hard to not regret purchasing it!

I have a windshield solvent pump that went out 7 weeks ago no replacement part and no answer when it will be in. So sad to own new vehicle and can't get it fixed. I Will NEVER BY ANOTHER GM VEHICLE. What poor service to the customer.
