I had an oil change scheduled at 11:15 said it would be an hour. An hour and 15 mins later I asked advisor about status of my truck said she’d check and get back to me. 30 mins later I track her down and said where’s my truck then she proceeds to tell me they have a lift down. So 1.45 hours later they haven’t even started on it I told her to go get my truck I left no apologies I have no idea how long I would’ve been there if I didn’t track her down. I’ve been there numerous times before and it’s usually right around an hour or so. I can’t believe she wouldn’t tell me that there having mech issues right away which I would’ve been fine with it happens but to leave you sitting in there and not say anything is totally unexceptionable. I will never be back unless there some big changes and this is from someone who has bought 2 trucks at the dealership

The dealership is fine there’s some people that work there that seem a little out there and the detail on the vehicle you purchase ain’t worth a dime don’t even wait for them to do it just buy the vehicle.
